Gate Access & Parking
Gate Access
You and your registered drivers have been registered with Windsor Hills Resort (maximum 3 car passes). When you arrive at the 24/7 manned guard gate, show your driver's license and they will print a car pass for your vehicle.
Driver Registration Changes
To change driver registrations, email thesouthernisleswindsorhills@gmail.com. No changes after 5 PM and we need at least 2 hours' notice.
Parking
Three cars can park in the driveway. One car may park perpendicular in the apron without blocking the sidewalk. Overflow parking is available in the oversize lot off Comrow Street, next to the recreation park.
No parking in the street, on sidewalks, in neighbors' driveways, or in the grass. Large trucks, motorcycles, boat trailers, and RVs must park in the oversize lot and be registered with the resort prior to arrival.
Pool & Spa
Pool Service
The pool and spa are serviced once per week. Please keep screen doors unlocked so the pool can be cleaned. During service, exit the pool/spa for approximately 1–2 hours if chemicals are added.
Heat Operations
If you added pool/spa heat, the heater warms the pool to ~88°F. To heat the spa to ~100°F, turn the timer dial on the back wall of the home — allow 20+ minutes to warm up. When the spa is on, the pool will not be heated.
Pool/spa heat is $30/day + tax. Email thesouthernisleswindsorhills@gmail.com to add it to your reservation. The heater only operates when outdoor temperatures are above 55°F.
Safety Fence & Alarm
Both are installed by law to protect lives. Please do not tamper with either. When the pool is not in use, keep the safety fence in place.
BBQ Grill
A BBQ grill is available to rent for $95 + tax per stay. Email thesouthernisleswindsorhills@gmail.com to add it and we'll send the lock combo.

Windsor Hills Resort
Welcome Center & Clubhouse: 2600 N. Old Lake Wilson Road, Kissimmee, FL 34747
All guests have complimentary access to resort amenities. Show your check-in instructions at the Welcome Center to receive wristbands. Enjoy the large pool with water slides, kids' splash area, fitness center, game room, movie theater, cyber café, ATM, marketplace/grill, tennis courts, basketball, volleyball, and playgrounds.
Resort hours are subject to change. Call the resort at 407-787-4255 with any questions.

Community disposal sites: Dinville St. playground, Archfeld & Teascone, and recreation area lot off Comrow St.
House Information
Air Conditioning
Thermostats can be adjusted between 70–80°F. Adjustments below 70°F may freeze the units and cause damage.
Trash
Trash must be placed in 13-gallon bags and secured in the trash bench outside the front door. Any loose or bagged trash not secured in the bin is at risk of being penetrated by critters. Valet trash is collected daily starting at 10 AM.
For excess trash, use the community dumpsters at Archfeld Blvd. & Teascone or Teascone & Dinville.
No Smoking & No Pets
Neither are allowed inside the home. Smoking is permitted in front of the home or outside the screened pool area. Rental contract terms apply if violated.
Noise
Quiet hours are 10 PM – 7 AM. For noise assistance, contact resort security at 407-397-1464.
Wildlife
Please do not feed animals or birds near the home. Contact your property manager if scavengers are causing a disturbance.
Pest Control
Regular pest control is performed at the home. A technician may visit during your stay (typically from outside). Keep doors closed and clean up any food or drink spills.
Mail & Packages
FedEx, UPS, Amazon, and others can deliver during your stay. We are not responsible for missing or undelivered packages.
Car Services & Deliveries
Uber, Lyft, taxis, and food/grocery delivery can enter and exit the gates with proper identification.
Starter Supplies
As is standard with vacation homes, only starter amounts of the following are provided at check-in. Please plan accordingly.

Checkout Procedure
Please check out no later than 10:00 AM. Late checkouts may result in a fee.
Rental Items
We provide one highchair and one Pack N Play. For additional baby/toddler gear, contact one of the rental companies below. Delivery and pick-up are your responsibility.
