You and any registered drivers in your party have been registered with Windsor Hills Resort (maximum of 3 car passes). When you arrive at the 24/7 manned guard gate, show your driver's license and they will print a car pass for your vehicle.

To change driver registrations, email us at thesouthernisleswindsorhills@gmail.com describing the changes needed. No changes will be made after 5 PM, and we need at least 2 hours' notice.

Three cars can typically park in the driveway. One car may park perpendicular in the driveway apron without blocking the sidewalk. If three cars don't fit, one can park in the oversize lot off Comrow Street (next to the recreation park).

The pool and spa are serviced once per week. The day and time vary due to weather and other factors. Please keep screen doors to the pool area unlocked so the pool can be cleaned. During weekly service, you must exit the pool and spa and remain out for approximately 1–2 hours if chemicals are added.

If you added pool/spa heat to your reservation, the heater automatically warms the pool to ~88°F. To heat the spa to ~100°F, turn the timer dial on the back wall of the home — it can take 20+ minutes to heat the spa after turning it on. When the spa is on, the pool will not be heated.

These are installed by law to safeguard lives. Please do not tamper with either. When the pool is not in use, please have the safety fence in place.

A BBQ grill is available to rent for $95 + tax per stay. Email us at thesouthernisleswindsorhills@gmail.com to add it to your reservation and we'll provide the lock combo.

1. Lower the projector screen using the screen's remote. If it doesn't respond, point the remote at the left side of the screen. Do NOT lower if it is raining or windy — this will damage the screen.
2. Turn on the sound bar with its remote (also use this remote to adjust volume).
3. Turn on the projector with its remote.
4. Press the Home button on the Roku remote to launch your streaming service of choice.

The thermostats are programmed and can be adjusted between 72–80°F. Adjustments below 72°F may freeze the units and cause damage.

Trash must be placed in 13-gallon bags and set in the trash bench located outside the front door. Do not put loose trash in the bin. Trash is typically collected daily.

Neither are allowed in the home. Smoking is permitted in the front of the home or outside the screened-in pool area. If violated, the details from the rental contract will apply.

Quiet hours are 10 PM – 7 AM. Please be respectful of your neighbors. For noise or disturbance assistance, contact resort security at 407-397-1464.

Small animals and birds are common in the community. Please do not feed them — this encourages them near the home and can cause damage. If scavengers are causing a disturbance, contact your property manager immediately.

Regular pest control services are performed at the home. A technician may visit during your stay (usually from outside). Please don't leave doors open unnecessarily and clean up food and drink remains from all surfaces.

FedEx, UPS, Amazon, and other services can deliver to the home. Deliveries must be made during your stay dates. We are not responsible for packages that are missing or undelivered.

Uber, Lyft, taxis, and food/grocery delivery services can all enter and exit the gates without issue with proper identification.
